More than 30 years experience in developing, implementing and improving systems and processes in the area of Compensation and Benefits.

 

I worked closely with local (17 countries), European  and  corporate management teams, ensuring that the systems and processes became an integral part of the overall business process. 

 

My ambition is to develop and implement Compensation and Benefits structures that will help an organization to pay their employees not too low, not too high, but fairly and reward those who have been particularly successful with regard to implementing the organization's business strategies.
